Joy is the thing!
I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by life. Sometimes even reading the Bible, prayer, and Spiritual practices can feel daunting, mundane or intimidating.

When I felt my most stressed out, God encouraged me to do Spiritual practices from a place of joy! Enjoyment in the Lord is something that moves everything from a place of struggle to a place of greater peace.
